Advocate and Fellow Company Secretary with more than 35 years of experience in providing legal solutions to businesses in the fields of corporate law, civil laws, banking law, securities law, capital markets, SEBI, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal, including overseas offerings, structuring of transactions, due diligence, and litigation management.

He has extensively dealt with foreign direct investment matters, establishment of new businesses, recovery and execution proceedings, shareholder disputes, oppression and mismanagement, white collar crime matters, fraudulent transactions, Indian and international arbitrations, hostile takeovers, possession of properties, and wider corporate legal issues.
